The A+ System allows the reliable 1/4 horsepower B-A1 pump to continue operating when the battery is initiated, unlike most systems which rely on an extremely small, secondary plastic pump. The A+ system is fully automatic, and it converts 12v DC into 115v AC to run your Hydromatic B-A1 Pump. There are three indicator lights showing the status of the system at all times, and electronics are fan cooled for optimum efficiency and reliability. The battery is automatically charged and the pump runs off of line power when available, avoiding unnecessary battery drain-down.
