         (applicable to the "2000", "Platinum", and "99" versions)

General Improvements -

  • The system will now run on Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT 4.0.  Please note that older versions of Windows are no longer supported.
  • Users no longer need to call for an unlock code to immediately begin using the software. A ten day grace period exists before registration is required; during this time the user can handle the registration process offline via Fax.

Updated and Expanded Pump Catalog Files -

  • Updated data for a wide variety Pentair Pump Group pumps
  • Catalog files have been expanded to include additions to product lines
  • Hydromatic additions: 60 Hz self primer, sewage ejector, grinders

New Look -

  • Tool bar - includes tool bar buttons and context menus to streamline program operation
  • Tool tips - provide information on the purpose of a tool button
  • Fly-by Viewer - displays information about menu items, program status, and graph information
  • Online Help - interactive tutorial and context sensitive help from within the program
  • Motor Sizing - sizes motor for pumping application
  • Import resistance curve - from PIPE-FLO Lite and PIPE-FLO programs (available from Engineered Software, Inc.)
  • Print catalog information - technical information can be printed from electronic catalog
  • Improved common user interface - provides easier program operation


Enhanced Pump Curves -

  • Iso-efficiency curves - show the pump's efficiency for a range of impeller diameters
  • Multiple system curves - display up to five resistance curves at one time
  • Multiple pump curves - see the operation of multiple pumps in your system
  • Evaluate any pump - user curves let you enter the performance data for any Pentair Pump Group brand centrifugal pump (Aurora, Fairbanks Morse, Hydromatic, Layne/Verti-Line)
  • More printed reports - many new print options let you customize your report


Expanded Pump Selection List -

  • More information - up to 22 items of information available on the selection list
  • More sort options - can sort the selection list on any column
  • Customize selection list - change column width, and choose the columns to display
