PENTAIR PUMP GROUP WINS CHAIRMAN’S AWARD

Ashland, Ohio – Pentair Pump Group has been named the winner of the 2000 Pentair Chairman’s Award. On May 18, 2001, award presentation ceremonies were held at the Pump Group’s Ashland OH facilities of Hydromatic and F.E. Myers. Pentair Chairman Winslow Buxton and Pentair President/CEO Randall Hogan presented the award, which recognizes the Pump Group’s stellar performance in the year 2000.

Mr. Buxton made special note that the Pump Group “has maintained this high level of performance for five consecutive years, setting new standards of accomplishment and repeatedly breaking records including those for sales growth and cash flow.” President of Pentair Water - Americas Mike Schrock received the recognition on behalf of Pump Group employees located at the Aurora, Fairbanks Morse, Hydromatic, Layne Verti-Line, Myers and Well-Mate facilities.
