American Online(AOL) 3.0 for Windows browser does NOT support Password Authentication, which is required to use the Distributors Only area.

If you are using American Online(AOL) 3.0 for Windows 95, you should not have a problem.

To find out what version of AOL you are currently using, start AOL (you don't need to sign on) and click on Help and click on About America Online.

Solution: 
    1.  Sign on AOL (If already signed on, go to step 2)
    2.  Click on Go To menu
    3.  Click on Keyword...
    4.  Type Netscape in the Enter word(s): box and click on the Go button
    5.  The "Netscape Communications Corp." screen will display.  On the upper 
         right hand side, click on  the Download Netscape! 
    6.  The "Download Netscape!" screen will display.  Double click on Download Netscape 
    7.  You will see the "Welcome!" screen.  Click on the Windows 3.1 then follow the 
         instruction.
